Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento
Ashton Blaise Whitty (born October 1st, 1995 in Berkeley California) is an actress. She is an actress from America who has appeared in Choices (2010) as well as The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004).
Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family which includes directors and actors, was also a professional. The actress began her career in film at age nine in Sergio Citti's Sogni e bisogni. At the age of eighteen she was the lead of Cristina Comencini's Zoo and part of Michele's The Church. The film featured her as Nanni's daughter. next the following year on Red Wood Pigeon. Asia has worked with Dario Argento in three of his films, Trauma, The Stendhal Syndrome as well as the Phantom of the Opera. In the film Condannato a nozze, Asia's absorbent manner of character acting was well utilized. The role she played as Arianna in the film Perdiamoci by Carlo Verdone di the vista, a physically handicapped girl, was a challenging and intricate role, which brought her the David di Donatello award for the best actor. She had a feature performance as Queen Margot, directed by Patrice Cereau. The role she played was in Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio with Michel Piccoli in which she was awarded the David di Donatello award along with an award of Grolla d'oro. Asia began her directing career in 1994 and released two short films and an episode from the film De Generazione. In 1996 she directed a documentary about her father. She also produced AbelAsia is a feature film about the legendary film maker Abel Ferrara. In 1998, Asia directed AbelAsia, which was awarded at the Rome Film Festival. Asia debuted as a director in 1999, with Scarlet Diva. She was also the principal screenwriter and actress. The film was released May 20, 2000 across Italy as well as different nations. The Williamsburg Festival of Film located in Brooklyn, New York awarded it a award.
